A Charleston native, Chef Darrell graduated from Johnson and Wales, then made his way to Hawaii for training and experience. Returning home, he continued to work in food and beverage as a chef and F&B manager in a variety of restaurants in the Charleston area. Now, as a personal chef and caterer to areas all around Charleston, and as far as Hilton Head, Chef Darrell shares his gifts with locals and tourists alike.

After starting Seasons Personal Chef, his wife, Beth, joined him to assist and eventually open the bakery for SPC. They’re both really appreciative of the crew they’ve put together, including Sous Chef Julia, Chef Michele and Chef Assistant/Server Megan.

Chef Darrell and Beth feel strongly about helping out by filling blessing boxes with food, assisting families in need with food and financial help, and working with local non-profits to help care for their community.
